Butter Making

It's easy and fun!
What will you need?
-1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
-A jar with a lid that is secured
-A strong arm
What will you do?
Pour 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream into your jar. 
Secure the lid on your jar and shake.
Shake until you see a solid mass beginning to form in the liquid.* 
Congratulations! You have butter.
Take your butter out of the jar and pour out the liquid. 
Add salt to the butter and enjoy it with your favorite bread or biscuit. 
*When cream is agitated (stirred up), fat molecules get shaken out of position and clump together.

After shaking it for 5 minutes.

When you see this. You have made butter!
